Are you ready to experience chiropractic care with Dr. Sabrina Chen-See? Please begin by either clicking on the Book Now button above or phoning her office (604-566-9088) to book a new patient visit. This first visit will take 45 minutes to an hour.
There are 4 parts to this first visit:
1 - Please give us some information about you (contact information and health history). The forms are available online. Please fill them out ahead of time and bring with you to the appointment. (Adult Intake Form or Child Intake Form)
2 - Consultation. Dr. Sabrina will tell you about what she does and will find out more about you, your history and current condition.
3 - Chiropractic Examination. Dr. Sabrina will like to determine how normal/abnormal your body functions, checking posture, weight balance, range of motion, muscle tone, and directed tests.
4 - Refer for X-rays if necessary. Schedule next appointment for results and first adjustment. Perhaps some light soft-tissue work to help relieve some of the pain if urgent. If you have had x-rays or other imaging of the area of complaint, please bring them with you if possible for Dr. Sabrina to see the region to give a second opinion.
On the next visit, Dr. Sabrina will give a report of her findings and give her recommendations. If x-rays were taken, she will also read them, analyze, and explain all findings to you. Following this, if you are a candidate for chiropractic care, she will deliver the first adjustment. She will start with limited areas and light force to get to know your body and what it can handle. This appointment may take up to 30 - 45 minutes depending on whether or not x-rays were read.
On subsequent visits, Dr. Sabrina will ask for feedback since the previous visit. She will always test to see which areas need to be adjusted, then adjust, and conclude with homework instructions if necessary. Feedback is very much encouraged as it helps Dr. Sabrina direct and modify care to best benefit your current situation.
Referrals
It is not necessary to have a medical doctor's referral to see Dr. Chen-See. Many patients, however, have been referred to Dr. Chen-See by their dentist, family doctor, massage therapist, coach, family or friends. If you are a satisfied patient of Dr. Chen-See or if by reading this website, you like what you've read, then Dr. Chen-See greatly appreciates you spreading the word.

Dr. Sabrina Chen-See's practice is in the Fairmont Medical Building, which is located in central Vancouver, near the Broadway/Cambie Skytrain station (City Hall).

The clinic is very easily accessed by public transit with the 99 B-Line stopping almost in front of the building (Willow/Heather stop). There is a parking lot for the building, and other parking options nearby.
